Computer Sound: Option 1

When you Share Screen, make sure you click on the bottom left-hand corner where it says Share computer sound.

Computer Sound: Option 2

After you have shared the screen, you have another option to do this, by opening the top menu (put your cursor on the meeting ID number at the top of the screen, and a menu appears.)  Select More (looks like 3 dots), and check “Share Computer Sound.”
