I need to point to things on my iPad so students can see what I’m tapping.

Shouldn’t I just use my document camera and put the iPad under the document Camera so they can see what I’m tapping? You could, but your iPad is already a document camera anyway. When I connect to my Zoom meeting on my iPad, I start getting feedback between my two devices.

This happens when the sound on both devices is turned on. It causes audio feedback that can be very annoying. You have to turn off the sound on one of the two devices. I need to always be able to see my students, even when sharing content on my screen.

Use Extended Desktop and Dual Monitors to make this happen. In this way, Gallery View can be on one monitor while the content you are sharing is on the other.  Use the SMART Board as your second monitor and the students will be larger than life!
